How long does my order take to ship?

Each order is handmade with care ahead of time to ensure the highest quality. Because of this, processing typically takes 3–7 business days before your order is shipped out. We appreciate your patience and support for handcrafted products!

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within [your country, e.g., the United States]. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

What is your return policy? 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect addresses, or delayed shipping due to postal services.

• Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
